Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States (all 50 states).

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping on every US order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 24–48 hours (business days). Orders with Priority Processing are packed and handed to the carrier first.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7–15 days after you place your order. To open door 1 on December 1st, we recommend ordering before November 15.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email the day your order ships.

Shipping Protection

If you added Shipping Protection and your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us and we will reship your order or refund you.
